Just like with leg cramps, a number of conditions can reason night-time cramping of the toes: structural disorders, dystonias, myalgias, restless leg syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, and peripheral vascular disease. Treatment should be tailored specially to the problem if it can be elucidated.
