Colon Cancer Liver:

Affects colon and liver together:

Colon is the large intestine and like all other organs of the body, the colon and rectum are made up of many types of cells. If there is an excessive division of cells then it is seen that there is an excessive mass of tissues that are called as a growth or tumor, can be benign or malignant. If there are tumors are harmless then they can usually be removed and, in most cases, they do not come back. But if the tumors are Malignant then they are the ones that can invade and damage tissues and organs near the tumor. These cells are so harmful that they can cancer cells can break away from a malignant tumor and enter the bloodstream or lymphatic system.

Adverse effects:

In this way cancer spreads from the original (primary) tumor to form new tumors in other parts of the body and this spread is called as metastasis. In the large intestine that is colon there is storage of waste material and hence Tumors of the colon and rectum are growths arising from the inner wall of the large intestine. The best part in this is the Benign polyps can be easily removed during colonoscopy, and are not life threatening. The colon cancer can invade and damage adjacent tissues and organs and spread of colon cancer to distant organs is called metastasis of the colon cancer.

Relapsing of cancerous cells:

A cancer treatment is taken by a person to improve symptoms through local control of the cancer, increase the duration of survival, or ultimately improve the chance of cure. There are certain circumstances to your situation and prognostic factors of your cancer may ultimately influence how these general treatment principles are applied to your situation. There is an active participation in the clinical trails that help in providing a better treatment and advance the existing knowledge about treatment of this cancer. This type of cancer is so harmful that it can metastasize to the liver, lung, or other locations and can be a threat to the life of a person.
