Heart Rate Monitor
It usually consists of two parts, a chest strap and a wrist receiver. Strapless heart rate monitors are also available. The chest strap consists of electrodes in contact with skin to monitor the electrical changes in the heart. Adjust monitor to stick to it. Most monitors can be set to beep when strayed from target heart rate
