According to the latest update, Americans who are seeking foods that are low in fat, calories or carbohydrates, Red Lobster will unveil a new "Light House Menu" designed to provide guests with nutritional information for some of the company's most popular menu items so that people will count their calories and have food.
since there are more than 670 Red Lobster restaurants available throughout North America where the new menu lists over 30 items, including an appetizer, numerous entrées, side dishes, dipping sauces and beverages, with the calorie, carbohydrate and fat content for each.
Everyone wants healthier food, but they also want it to taste great and that's what Red Lobster is aiming for, however seafood is naturally low in carbs, fat and calories.
Calories in Red Lobster:
Some dishes on the Light House Menu include a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail Dinner (243 cal, 2 carbs, 3g fat), Snow Crab Legs (262 cal, 0 carbs, 4.5g fat), Steamed Live Maine Lobster (145 cal, 2 carbs, 1g fat) and guests can enjoy a selection of grilled or broiled fresh fish (salmon, tilapia and rainbow trout) in both half or full portions with a great taste.
The menu in Red Lobster also includes nutritional information for side dishes that accompany meals, such as Seasoned Fresh Broccoli (60 cal, 12 carbs, 5g fiber, 0g fat) and Baked Potato with Pico de Gallo topping (185 cal, 37 carbs, 4.5g fiber, 2g fat).
