Why is it so hard for me to lose weight?


Much as I would like to lose the burden of my weight and the burdening consciousness of carrying so much weight around, I find it more and more difficult getting into the actual routine of losing weight. What is it that prevents me from giving away what I do not like? I tried exploring the reasons for these problems and within them, the solutions that could give a leaner, trimmer and slimmer me.

Any short cuts to lose weight?

Burning fat the right way is something that I would very much like to do but doing it in a short span of time is what I am looking at. Anyone suggesting a too long diet-exercise-supplements routine is definitely not going to find any takers in me. Give me something that helps me get that sought-after figure at the snap of a finger.

Anybody out in the market easily finds shop shelves brimming with natural and artificial supplements to help get the weight-conscious buyer his right quota of daily diet to make up or reduce the fat intake. Every product screams at you claiming to be the best of the lot. Add to that, prices for these vary greatly. All of them seem to help burn not just fats but pockets as well. Which one is the Right One is the best question I ask myself time and again.

Mr. Know-It-All suggestions

As many people that I have ventured to ask about weight loss methods or programs, as many suggestions and ideas have I got from them. Each one of my really dear and not-so-dear friends have given me ideas that range from the utterly vague to the astonishingly irritating but have never come close enough to persuade me to start on those will-work-for-you-methods.

Trying to lose body fat permanently seems to be the one thing that is not permanent in its ways of making it happen. The important word here is 'tried' and all these trials have ended in disastrous errors.
