Fat and muscle are two very important components of a human body. They are both necessary for the body and the look of the body. But it is important to know the right quantity of much. Too much or too little of either could prove very wrong for the body. Excess fat is harmful for the body, as excess fat would mean obesity. On the other hand, too much of only muscle would lead to an abnormally muscular body. It is important to know the right ratio of fat to muscle. Now, this ratio differs from person to person. It is also different in males and females. It is obvious that a good fat to muscle ratio would be composed more of high muscles and less fat.

As already mentioned earlier, excess fat is obesity. But in thin people more of fat than muscle will not be of a very toned body. This is the more dangerous of the two extremes as obesity can have adverse effects on the body.

This is the desired ratio. But on the extreme it could give a body a very comic looks. The person will appear abnormally muscular. It can sometimes be found in very young children. It is all right to have excess muscles in the body builders but not everyone. Nevertheless, this is the more wanted type of a ratio.

How to reduce fat-muscle ratio:

We need to cut food calories (calories-in) and burn off more calories (calories-out). Diet supplements don't help us to improve our fat-ratio because they are not effective in helping us to reduce calories long-term or exercise. It is important to burn the fat in order to reduce the fat muscle ratio. It would be pointless to keep the fat than reduce the muscles. Burn the Fat is not really all that simple. This is a fairly intense volume that will require a significant time commitment just to become successful at that task. But one should be aware how much fat to loose so that the fat muscle ratio is just right.
