Botox Side Effects:

What is the use of botox?
Botox injections are a diluted form of botulism which is injected into facial muscles to paralyze or weaken the muscles that form wrinkles and last year the procedure of botox injection was performed in the United States more than 1.6 million times, a 46 percent increase since 2000 and a 2,356 percent increase since 1997.

What are the side effects of botox?
The most common side effect related to botox treatment is very slight bruising around the area of treatment and this bruising is the result of the manner in which botox is injected into the muscle groups that control the movement of the skin and cause wrinkles. These injections are carried out via a series of tiny needles which is quite painful. It is suggested that people who have very sensitive skin, or who are very prone to bruising, some bruising may occur but this doesn't usually present a problem. And since this bruising is very minor it can be easily covered with make up and then it fades soon after treatment.
In general, though the result of botox is increased at a high rate but there have been rare spontaneous reports of death, sometimes associated with dysphagia, pneumonia, and/or other significant debility or anaphylaxis, after treatment with botulinum toxin. The most possible side effects of botox are:
Headache is the most common.
Flu-like symptoms.
Temporary eyelid droops.
Nausea of some particular things.
Squint or double vision.
Twitching of the eye.
